We benefit from cross pollination to refine our work to the highest standards
I learned my profession at the Newark Violin Making School in England. Absorbing like a sponge in an incredibly inspiring environment, this is also where I met my husband Christian Koehn, a highly skilled classical guitar maker.
After completing the school in Newark we started off in Berlin in 2007 with nothing but wood and tools. In our workshop we share our experiences and thoughts. The constant feedback of each other, and the valuable communication with musicians, pushes and defines our style of making.
Nowadays we live with our two children just outside of Berlin in the green suburb Hohen Neuendorf. We both have gained a steadily growing reputation by making high quality concert instruments. Please have a look at the references section of the website.
